On December 7, 2012, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") issued an order (the "Receivership Order") appointing Grant Thornton Limited as receiver and manager (the "Receiver') without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of certain entities in the First Leaside Group of Companies, including First Leaside Wealth Management Inc. and First Leaside Securities Inc.
